I recently found myself in need of an Attorney and asked a friend if he knew anyone that he could recommend. He gave me Thomas Baynton’s number. Although I had a reference for Mr. Baynton I still called as many attorneys as I could to get estimates of the cost to help me in court as well as their advice on the situation. I called Thomas last but found, after just a few minutes on the phone, that it was worth the time to sit down in his office and see what he had to say.

At first I was not very certain that the case would end in my benefit, as anyone having to go to court would most likely feel. But I believed that I would be much better off with Mr. Baynton than without him. His fee was within my means and the most reasonable quote that I had received. So we pressed on.

After 2 appearances in a court room that was in a county that my new attorney had never worked in before, and against Prosecutors who he was unfamiliar with. Thomas Baynton was able to get me everything that he said he could plus a little more. The negotiation portion of the process went to nearly the final stage before it was over. However, it was worth the time and energy to receive the fair outcome. I was able to continue my life as normal and without restrictions.

I truly feel that had I hired anyone else that I would not have done as well as I did.

Thank you Mr. Baynton, you changed my negative opinion of lawyers and allowed me to keep my job and continue my life without being over penalized for my mistake.
